                                                                    Vandalis (2014)

In 2014, as the sole costume designer for the Heritage Lottery Funded Film Vandalis I was responsible for sourcing and making all costumes and some of the props for this community film. Reporting to the film's director, I provided costumes for over 40 of the film's characters within The Bronze Age, 18th Century, 19th Century and the 1980's eras .  The (fictional) narrative was based around research into the industry and high profie figures associated with the heritage of the River Wandle in South West London. These  included  Horatio Lord Nelson, William Morris and Arthur Liberty.

Below are some of the skin and calico costumes  I designed and made for the Bronze Age 'Settlers' scenes in Vandalis which can be viewed at (now archived )
