Using sponge printing and freehand painting techniques, the participants, who included service users and some staff /volunteers, applied acrylic paints to calico fabric through hand cut stencils or freehand methods. Loosely based around themes of architecture and nature, the sessions provided an opportunity for people to express their creativity through printing, painting and freehand drawing. The response to the project provided positive feedback from service users, staff and volunteers and isolation mental health issues low self esteem
